Candle Care and FAQ

🧼 Candle Care & Safe Burning – FAQ

Q: How long should I burn my candle at a time?
A: For best results, burn your candle for 2–4 hours at a time. This helps create a full melt pool and prevents tunneling.

Q: Do I need to trim the wick?
A: Yes! Trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each burn. This keeps the flame controlled, prevents soot, and helps your candle last longer.

Q: Why is my candle smoking?
A: A wick that’s too long or a drafty environment can cause smoking. Trim the wick and move your candle away from fans, vents, or windows.

Q: Is the container safe to reuse?
A: Absolutely—once the wax is gone and the jar is cleaned, you can repurpose it for decor, storage, or even as a planter.

Q: What wax do you use?
A: Our candles are made with a luxurious blend of coconut and paraffin wax for a clean, even burn and strong scent throw. Our wax melts use a coconut and sunflower wax blend for a smooth, lasting melt.

Q: Where should I place my candle?
A: Burn on a heat-resistant surface, away from anything flammable, out of reach of kids and pets. Never leave a candle unattended.
